The Owl Hotel is not in Randsburg. It is in Red Mountain, CA. The hotel is from the 1880's - 1890's era. On the South side of the hotel is the Owl Saloon, and to the North are shacks that used to be "cribs". The Historical marker is upstairs in the hotel and can be seen from the street, and is at or by the upstairs window. It was placed by the Billy Holcomb Chapter of E Clampus Vitus. It looks like it is made of brass, but could be steel.
