(bottom plaque) The renovation of Mt. Washington Mill is dedicated to Michael W. Halle (1954-1998). In 1988, Michael realized the potential of these (then unrenovated) buildings. His vision, faith, and friendship continue to guide this project. Sam Himmelrich, Jr. 1999.
